# Terms of Use for Onchain and Search2Y

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of:

- the Onchain website at https://onchain-explore.com (the "Site"), and
- the Search2Y product pages and related materials (collectively, the "Services").

The Services are operated by Onchain Ltd. ("Onchain", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

You represent that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

## 2) Service description

Onchain provides online advertising technology information and product information through the Site.

Search2Y is an independent browser extension product line described on the Site. Search2Y is not affiliated with Yahoo.

## 3) Permitted use

You may use the Services for lawful informational and business purposes. You agree not to:

- violate applicable laws or regulations,
- interfere with service security, availability, or integrity,
- attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts,
